The Ferno Mondial Funeral Transporter is designed for use with our mortuary stretchers and is perfectly suited for the dignified transport of coffins and deceased individuals. Thanks to its innovative SMART-LOAD™ technology, there's no need to manually operate a lever when loading or unloading the roll-in system into or out of a vehicle—the release mechanism is fully automatic. With the adapter included, our mortuary stretchers can be securely and easily attached. The adapter features two crossbars with stretcher supports and a fixed stop plate, ensuring a stable and reliable connection.
Using the Ferno Mondial Funeral Transporter significantly reduces physical strain by transferring the weight of the deceased onto the trolley rather than the caregiver’s back. You can wheel the trolley—along with the stretcher and the deceased—directly to the vehicle and effortlessly load the entire unit. The trolley is designed for a loading height of approximately 70 cm.
Enhanced Maneuverability and Comfort: A standout feature of the Ferno Mondial Funeral Transporter is the swivel function for all four wheels. By simply activating a lever at the foot end, the front castor wheels are unlocked—enabling full 360° maneuverability. When the front wheels are aligned straight again, they automatically lock back into place. This allows you to easily and precisely position the trolley close to beds or narrow spaces.
